Kaplan has over 25 years of experience in management, service and marketing. She holds a BA in economics and a master's degree in real estate, lived abroad for several years and worked as a business development manager in Israel and in the international market. She lives in Moshav Zur Moshe and considered to be one of the most professional real estate brokers in the rural Sharon area.

Orit Schmidt is a partner in Kaplan Schmidt Boutique Real Estate. In 2015 Schmidt decided to switch careers and leave her profession as a biomedical engineer in the medical high-tech industry, to follow her heart and begin her career as a real estate consultant. Schmidt combines her sharp senses and passion for home design with the real estate market which she has studied in depth. She lives in Even Yehuda and has accompanied dozens of buyers and sellers with great success.
